EZPerDiem is temporarily under maintenance. We hope to have it back online shortly.
Why do I have to enter Airport Codes into EZPerDiem?
The per diem rates are tied or linked to the airport codes that you enter.  These per diem rates are the basis for your M&IE calculation.

Essentially what is happening is:

  • You enter an airport code next to a date where an overnight occurred.
  • EZPerDiem finds the relevant airport data associated with the airport code.
  • EZPerDiem scans thousands of rows worth of per diem data to find the ones that match the airport.
  • EZPerDiem then matches the date of the overnight with the data from the per diem tables to isolate only one result.
  • EZPerDiem uses this rate as the default rate for the entry on the date you entered the airport code.
  • EZPerDiem repeats this for all of the airport codes you enter and calculates the results according to IRS Publication 463.

Testimonials
Everything seems to have worked okay. It almost seems too good to be true! I came out with $8,200 or so and per diem reimbursed of about $5,800, so I guess the difference is $2,400. That should save me about $450 or $500. Gotta love that!
